Busy, busy busy! Beauty and wellness blog in Nigeria

Hello people,

This week has been quite busy for me. I started the week on Sunday with a coaching engagement at a training session for models at Posh modelling and ushering agency, here in Ibadan where i got to talk to the models about Inner beauty, what is is and how to nurture it. I had MAK photography with me to take pictures

Then today, Thursday, I had an interview with Mary of Oluyole FM on the Entrepreneur of the week program where i got to talk about my business, Bee's Signatures, and my blogging and coaching activities. I enjoyed every single moment of it!

Finally, tomorrow is going to be a Friday like none other. With a FREE aerobics session for ladies and half price on all other services. The good part is if you don't get served tomorrow you get a half price coupon redeemable within a certain period. that's not all, The Signals entrepreneurial program crew from New Frontiers TV on MYTV cable is coming around   tomorrow also for an interview to be aired on their TV station soon.

So if you are a female living in or would be in ibadan tomorrow, 19th June, come around at 8:30am or 9:30am for the free aerobics session or you can pop in anytime till 5pm for makeup, sauna therapy, facial treatment, manicure, pedicure, massage at half price.
Venue is No 2, 14th avenue, behind empirical ltd, 7up road, oluyole estate Ibadan. It's straight down from Mobil Petrol station, third turning on the right, first building on the left.

Nutrition tip: Make fruit time interesting!

watermelon, mixture, and pineapple

I am not really a fan of fruits. There's a limit to which ones i enjoy and even those i get tired of quite easily. But knowing how important fruits and vegetables are to a good diet, i have no choice but to find a way to make it fun. So what i do is to blend my fruits. I used to make a smoothie of several of them blended together, but i discovered i could make it more fun and cocktail-like if i blended each first and the poured them into a cup one after the other. Or if i just had one fruit at a time.
So here i'm sharing pictures of each of water melon and pineapple and one of both. my babies loved it, especially my daughter.

Business feature: 54artistry.com

www.olubunmisays.info

Hello,
I promised to start a series of posts on businesses run by women and here's the first. I was contacted by Adora of www.54artistry.com after which i visited the site and was pleasantly surprised, i joined immediately.
it is like instagram and facebook rolled in one for the creative industry.
What ii liked about it is that it's quite easy to join and make posts (they call this projects). On the other hand i would have prefered that there be less restriction on the nuber of alphabets used to describe a skill or a business.

They are currently running a campaign on the website. Get the full gist on that below.
Till next time,
Stay beeyoutiful

Female business promotion on Nigeria's beauty and wellness blog for women

Hi,
I've been MIA, i apologize. How have you been? I have a few things in the pipelines and i trust God I will be able to complete them soon. You will be the first to know once they are ready. But i'll give you a hint, one of the projects is supposed to make it easier for everyone to learn both personal and professional makeup artistry.
I'm also creating a business section here where i will promote and review businesses, events, products or services owned and run by women. Please send a mail to olubunmisays@yahoo.com for details.
Thank you
