Weight loss tips


Hi lovelies,
I realize I have been doing more of beauty and skincare posts. Today I want to give you some simple tips that will make your weight loss journey easier.
You are more likely to lose weight if you eat regularly, in moderation and slowly.  The weight loss might not be instant buy it is surely a sustainable way to lose and keep off excess weight.
Other tips include:
1. Start your day with a glass of warm water and juice from half a lemon. This helps with detoxification and kickstarts your liver for the work ahead in the day
2. Eat your heaviest meal in the morning. This will upply the energy you need for the day and give your body time to burn off the calories.
3. Try not to skip meals. This makes you hungrier than you would be normally and can lead to overeating.
4. Eat smalls meals often.  This will reduce hunger pangs
5.snack on fruits, raw veggies (eggs carrot, cucumbers...) and healthy nuts.
Skip the sugary stuff.
6. Drink lots of water.
7. Gradually increase your level of physical activity, walk more, stop sitting at your desk all day.
8. Drink lots of water.
9. Choose grilled/baked instead of fried
10. Sleep. Don't deprive your self of sleep, your body needs it!
