My HABIT in 21 days challenge

Happy new month! I wish you a month of fulfillment and good health.
Research has shown that it is possible, after 21 days or more of repeated action, to form a habit.
Is there something you've always wanted to do or be? Do you want to read and study a verse  or chapter of the bible or some other book everyday, change your thought pattern, start exercising, change your eating patterns, sleep earlier, be more attentive at school/ work, drink more water, consume less soft drinks or any other (good) habit? Then you should join my 21 days habit challenge and take it one day at a time. All you have to do is to write down what you want to start, get better at or stop. And then daily work at it.
At the end of each day, write a post on your facebook, twitter, google plus or any other social media account using #myhabitin21days "x" day done!
eg "day 1 done! #myhabitin21days" . Let's make this viral people.Tag me, (olubunmi fajuyigbe on facebook and google plus, @olubunmifaj on twitter, @olubunmisays on instagram), tag friends and lets all form good habits.

I'm sure you want to know mine, i'd like to sleep by 10pm everyday (you don't want to know when i sleep now!)  so i can get more rest daily and wake up earlier than i do now.
